What this policy covers
This policy covers visitors to heliosgroup.dk, people who contact us, our clients' contact persons, and the users of the client portal and its tools.
When a client sends patient contacts or other data to the Helios tools, the client is the data controller and Helios processes the data on its behalf under a data processing agreement. That processing is described on Data protection, not here.

We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not make automated decisions about you.
Transfers outside the EU
Netlify, Resend and Anthropic are based in the United States, so data may be processed there. We rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified, and otherwise on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. Write to us for a copy of the safeguards.
How we protect it
All traffic is encrypted (HTTPS). Access to the portal is personal and role-based, each client sees only its own data, two-factor sign-in is available, and every change is logged. More detail is on Data protection.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive it in a portable format. See Your privacy choices for how.
Changes to this policy
We update this page when we change how we handle personal data. The date at the top shows when it last changed.

Hvad politikken dækker
Politikken dækker besøgende på heliosgroup.dk, personer der kontakter os, vores kunders kontaktpersoner og brugerne af kundeportalen og dens værktøjer.
Når en kunde sender patientkontakter eller andre data til Helios' værktøjer, er kunden dataansvarlig, og Helios behandler data på kundens vegne efter en databehandleraftale. Den behandling er beskrevet under Databeskyttelse, ikke her.

Netlify, Resend og Anthropic har hjemsted i USA, så oplysninger kan blive behandlet dér. Vi bygger på EU–US Data Privacy Framework, hvor leverandøren er certificeret, og ellers på EU-Kommissionens standardkontraktbestemmelser. Skriv til os for at få en kopi af garantierne.
Sådan beskytter vi dem
Al trafik er krypteret (HTTPS). Adgang til portalen er personlig og rollebaseret, hver kunde ser kun sine egne data, totrinslogin er tilgængeligt, og hver ændring logges. Flere detaljer under Databeskyttelse.
