Small enough to stay close to the work
Most of us came from inside a health authority, a payer, or a hospital finance office — not from a general consultancy. That means new hires spend their first weeks in coding rooms and tariff meetings, not in an internal training deck. We stay deliberately small: every engagement has a partner-level person who was in the original scoping call and is still answering emails eighteen months later.
