Customer view and API keys
View the portal as a customer
Choose a customer and this page and the Helios Casemix Engine open exactly as that customer's own login sees them: their logics, their rights, nothing from other customers. Choose "Helios — my own view" to go back.
Problem reports
Sent from the "Report a problem" button in the engine and the portal. Each report carries the page, the logic and year that were open, and recent errors and failed requests — never patient data.
API keys
Lets a customer's own systems send contacts to the Helios Casemix Engine and get DRGs back as JSON. Give each customer their own key, so one can be revoked without affecting the others.
