About these terms

These terms are set by Helios Group, CVR 46864069, Fredsholmvej 4, 3460 Birkerød, Denmark ("Helios", "we"). They apply to the public website and to the client portal and its tools.

Clients' use of the portal is also governed by their agreement with Helios. Where that agreement and these terms differ, the agreement applies.

Using the website

The website gives general information about our services. It is not professional advice for your situation; contact us before acting on it.

Figures on illustrations, demos and mock-ups are made up and labelled as illustrative or sample data.

Client portal and tools

Access to the portal is given to people named by a client. If you have an account, you agree to:

• keep your sign-in details to yourself, and switch on two-factor sign-in when asked;
• use the tools only for your organisation's work, within its agreement with Helios;
• send patient data only as agreed with your organisation, and never names or civil registration (CPR) numbers;
• not try to reach data of other clients, test the security of the service without our written permission, or put an unreasonable load on it;
• use the API only with your own keys and within the limits set for them.

We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or other clients at risk, and will tell your organisation why.

Content and rights

The website, the portal, the software and their content belong to Helios Group or its licensors. You may view and print pages for your own use. Copying, selling or republishing them needs our written permission.

Official classifications and tariffs belong to the public authorities that publish them. Logics and data a client creates in the tools belong to that client.

Ask Helios

Ask Helios is an AI assistant that answers questions about the tools. Its answers can be wrong or incomplete. Check important answers in the documentation or with us before relying on them.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the site and portal available, but cannot promise they will always be up or free of errors. The current state is on System status. We may change or withdraw parts of the site; changes to the services a client has agreed to follow that client's agreement.

Liability

As far as the law allows, Helios is not liable for indirect loss, such as lost profit or lost data, from the use of the public website. Liability for the portal and tools follows the client's agreement. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Links to other sites

We link to other websites for information. We are not responsible for their content or how they handle personal data.

Privacy

How we handle personal data is described in our privacy policy and on Cookie preferences.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Using the site after a change means you accept the new terms.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Danish law. Disputes go to the Danish courts.

Kunders brug af portalen er også omfattet af deres aftale med Helios. Hvor aftalen og disse vilkår er forskellige, gælder aftalen.

Brug af hjemmesiden

Hjemmesiden giver generel information om vores ydelser. Den er ikke faglig rådgivning om din situation; kontakt os, før du handler på den.

Tal på illustrationer, demoer og mock-ups er opdigtede og markeret som illustrative eller eksempeldata.

Kundeportal og værktøjer

Adgang til portalen gives til personer, som en kunde har udpeget. Har du en konto, accepterer du at:

• holde dine loginoplysninger for dig selv og slå totrinslogin til, når du bliver bedt om det;
• kun bruge værktøjerne til din organisations arbejde inden for dens aftale med Helios;
• kun sende patientdata som aftalt med din organisation og aldrig navne eller CPR-numre;
• ikke forsøge at få adgang til andre kunders data, teste tjenestens sikkerhed uden vores skriftlige tilladelse eller belaste den urimeligt;
• kun bruge API'et med dine egne nøgler og inden for de grænser, der er sat for dem.

Vi kan spærre en konto, der bryder vilkårene eller bringer tjenesten eller andre kunder i fare, og fortæller din organisation hvorfor.

Indhold og rettigheder

Hjemmesiden, portalen, softwaren og deres indhold tilhører Helios Group eller dets licensgivere. Du må se og udskrive sider til eget brug. Kopiering, salg eller genudgivelse kræver vores skriftlige tilladelse.

Officielle klassifikationer og takster tilhører de offentlige myndigheder, der udgiver dem. Logikker og data, som en kunde opretter i værktøjerne, tilhører kunden.

Spørg Helios

Spørg Helios er en AI-assistent, der besvarer spørgsmål om værktøjerne. Svarene kan være forkerte eller ufuldstændige. Tjek vigtige svar i dokumentationen eller hos os, før du bygger på dem.

Tilgængelighed og ændringer

Vi arbejder for, at siden og portalen er tilgængelige, men kan ikke love, at de altid kører eller er fejlfri. Den aktuelle status står under Systemstatus. Vi kan ændre eller fjerne dele af siden; ændringer i de ydelser, en kunde har aftalt, følger kundens aftale.

Ansvar

I det omfang loven tillader det, er Helios ikke ansvarlig for indirekte tab, såsom tabt fortjeneste eller tabte data, ved brug af den offentlige hjemmeside. Ansvar for portalen og værktøjerne følger kundens aftale. Intet i vilkårene begrænser et ansvar, som ikke kan begrænses efter loven.
